Baby Heirloom Tomato Salad

- Drain the mozzarella/burrata and set aside. in a small bowl, mix half of the finely chopped olives and tomatoes. Season with salt & pepper.
- Take a shallow bowl and place the remaining chopped olives on the bottom. Place the cheese on top then the tomatoes around the cheese. Pick the basil leaves and sprinkle on the salad then season the cheese with salt and pepper. drizzle with vino cottonmouths and serve.
