My name is Joanne Marie, the owner and chef at Mrs.Fancypants. I trained in the culinary arts at the Academie Culinaire Le Cordon Bleu and am based in Sydney, Australia. A professional chef by trade, I have worked for Sydney’s top chefs and restaurants. I started Mrs.Fancypants when the pandemic closed down the restaurant I was working at in 2020. What started as a recipe blog has now branched out to corporate catering, boutique private events and now drop-off catering.
Mrs.FancyPants is the brainchild of my passion for baking, cooking and food in general. My goal is to create special moments for you whether through my recipes or by catering for your next event.
